The desktop card has a base clock of 1365 MHz and a boost of 1680 MHz, with GPU Boost taking the GPU even higher. However the laptop RTX 2060 isn’t clocked anywhere near what the desktop card can achieve. It’s still built on TSMC’s 12nm process, too. It also has the same memory configuration: 6GB of GDDR6 at 14 Gbps on a 192-bit bus for 336 GB/s of bandwidth. That means you get 1920 CUDA cores, 240 Tensor cores and 30 RT cores. The RTX 2060 GPU used in laptops uses the same TU106 GPU as the desktop card, with the same core configuration. Just know that in this generation, the RTX GPUs are named the same but performance will be slower than their desktop counterparts. That’s still the case with the RTX 2060, but we're not harping on about this issue.
